DHSCP Community Occupational Therapy Satisfaction Survey

You are invited to take participate in a survey about Community Occupational Therapy in Dundee

Occupational Therapists are available to advise and help people with disabilities in all age groups and in particular those who have had more severe disbilities and illnesses. The therapist will offer suggestions and practical help on how to cope with particular difficulties to maximise your independance.

The aim of the survey is to understand your expeirience of what we deliverwell and any areas we need to improve on. Your feedback is extremly valuble and helps us to ensure that we are delivering an accesable, excellent quality service which meets your outcomes and which you have had positive experiences of.
